hello. i had a iva with dfd. it finished all paid up 2015. I received a letter 2 days ago from lloyds bank stating I was entitled to ppi to value of £1,236. On the back of it they said as I had iva they would send it straight to them. I rang the bank told me to get in touch with you as needed to know if they were to send it to me instead as I dont have anything to do with any iva now. Can you help please.

I am afraid that PPI is still due to be paid to the trust created by your IVA, for onward transmission to your creditors as recently confirmed by the courts.
