Hello,

Should I be worried that I completed my 5 year Iva on the 27/04 And still not received completion certificate ? I emailed them on the 23/09 they said They were on the process of completing 22/10 it , I then heard nothing for so emailed them again and they said my case is still with the insolvency practitioner and my completion certificate will be issued shortly , that was a week ago. I know I’m probably being impatient but I just want to know that it’s done and dusted and my name is off the iv register.

How long would you give it to Wait ?

You have only just passed the 6 months they told you it might take (and possibly longer due to Covid). Hopefully things should happen soon.

Thanks foggy, would you give it another month and then chase again ?

I would - hopefully be sorted before Christmas.

Yes, I would do that. Fingers crossed it appears soon though.
