Hi my Iva was completed in July I’m still waiting for paperwork I find that aperture who had my Iva change hands so I ring them for my paperwork my account is closed and there have record of it on there system when I give them my ref number what do I do now.

If your IVA was open (even after the last payment, but before the certificate of completion was issued) it will have been transferred to Jarvis ( https://jarvisinsolvency.co.uk/your-iva-with-aperture/ ) and they will be responsible for the completion formalities. It can take up to 6 months for certificate of completion to come through in normal circumstances...add in covid, add in lockdown 2 and a take over with your company it may take longer

I round try to ring them and do so weekly until its sorted...
