I have an IVA with Creditfix. Looking at my Unsecured Creditor Claims list I can see that I owe to Barclaycard. But I have also found that I owe to Link Financial Outsourcing that is also dealing with a Barclaycard debt that I had. How could it be that I owe on 2 Barclaycard accounts when all that I know is that I only had one account?

CF could well have duplicated the account, not realising that they are one and the same .... it wouldn't be the first time that an IVA provider has done this. Did Link take over the debt? You need to speak to CF.

Hi Foggy thanks for your reply to my question. Link did take over the debt. But on the list it shows Barclaycard that has a 16 digit number only ending in ############2000 with no other numbers shown. But on the Link account it shows 13 numbers with all the numbers shown. Both of the show different amounts of money owed.

CF need to sort this ... it is what they are being paid for. At the end of the day, though, it only alters the distribution of funds within the arrangement. You will still make the agreed payments.

I'm sure they will sort it out for you next week.
