IVA PAYMENT INCREASE

Hi,
I recently had my monthly IVA payment increased by £93 and no explanation has been given. I have had no response from EbeneGate when I have emailed them, and they say no one is available when I phone them.
I am now in the process of trying to contact my IP. Can the IP reverse the increase decision or I am wasting my time. This increase could cause me to fail my IVA.

Yes, the IP can reverse any increase, but he or she should be the one who sanctioned it in the first place.
