Annual review to include wife's income?

To cut a long story short I need to have an Annual Review that will include my wife's income and household expenses added to mine. As far as I am concerned the debt is mine and not my wife's as I have got myself into debt through my own fault. She has her own debts that she manages to deal with herself with her weekly wage. She her own financial responsibilities in which she helps her relatives and her son with his children overseas and this is the reason for her debts and has done this since she come to London in 2003. We met in 2005 and got married in 2012 and I accept what she has to do to help her overseas relative and son. We have always had a agreement that I pay the rent for the room that we live in, BT Broadband and Sky TV and she pays for the food which enables her to fulfil her obligations which I am happy with. She is only able to help pay for the food as she has always done but fear that the IP will not accept this. I did speak to somebody with this problem and they told me to list the debts of my wife in my review and tell them that she has her own financial responsibilities. I do not know what will happen as if she has to include all of her income and this becomes part of the surplus and goes to the IVA. I do not think I will be able to remain in the IVA as this will devastate my wife not being to help her family for an amount of years.
