I’ve been waiting to here if my IVA has been excepted since the 14th Dec 2020, I didn’t here anything until I emailed, worried, on the 23rd, I was informed they were to have the meeting that day. It’s now the 4th if Jan and I got an email saying that the creditors didn’t vote in time so we have to start the whole procedure again. I’m beside myself with worry.., what do you think could happen?

Are you with Creditfix, by any chance ? This often happens with them, but they usually pull it together in the end.
