Is this normal , my iva with cf only started at the end of July and i thought it was reviewed yearly its only been 5mths

We need to assess whether your current earnings match the amount in your proposal or your latest financial review.

Please provide us with wage slips, bank statements, or other proof of income for the last 3 months, along with your P60 if you have it.

These documents can be sent via email to quarterly.review@creditfix.co.uk and if for any reason you are not in a position to supply them, please call us on 0141 218 3736.

Is this normal? Im confused

Creditfix do most things their own way, but this looks like standard ongoing checks, rather than the formal annual review.

I got the exact same email last week and my IVA only started in December. Was confused myself as there's no mention of quarterly reviews in the proposal. Did anything ever come of it for you? Worried I've done something wrong!

I called them and they said they're keeping a tight eye on customer affordability because they don't want people's IVA's to fail, which seems odd as all of my payments are up to date and been on time.

Weird

They are obliged to carry out one review a year, within 2 months of the anniversary, but are free to add in interim reviews and checks & balances as they see fit.
