I would like to know if I could get an IVA as I have been spending money that I now cannot afford to pay back. I had a lot of loss in the last few years and my doctor has put me on strong antidepressants. I lost my mother in law 5 years ago and my mother January 10, 2018, and two pets on the 9 & 11 of January 2018. please can you help

Sorry to hear of your problems. Can I ask how much debt you have as there are several options you could consider. Have a word with one or two companies for advice, have a look round the forum to see what others have done. Avoid the large factories and go for a smaller one.
