Can I access savings

I have an iva in place, can I access mybsavings in the credit union with this iva in place

If you have savings in the CU they should have been declared as an asset, if they were there when the IVA was started. If it is money you have been legitimately saving while in the IVA and modest amounts, there should be no issue.
