Hi there, come June I am in my last year of my iva paying £100pm overall paying £6000 to complete my iva. I have just been made redundant and am due to receive around £5300, does anyone know where I stand in regards to a f&f as what ever job I go into I am looking at a lower salary and more travel. Any help would be most appreciated.

You are normally allowed to keep up to six months of your normal payments until you find other employment and anything else will have to be paid across. You could ask if you could use this money as a full and final, don't know if they would accept it though. Run it past your IP.
