I have an IVA and planning to start a small business with someone else. Can I set up a business partnership with someone who doesnt have an IVA? will my IVA provider try and take any profits from the biz?

It will have to be a cash based business -- ie no suppliers on account and your IP will need to see acounts and will garner your share od profits as income.
