Mortgage help

Hello, this is a question for Ryan the mortgage advisor. We are looking to get a first time buyer mortgage on the house we rent at the moment and we have a 10 percent cash deposit.
Out local broker doesn't seem to be able to help us with a recent decline.
we are post IVA which ended in Aug 2020 and nothing is now on our credit file.
We need a whole market broker to get us a mortgage if possible?
