Who can I sell my car to?

Had an IVA in place for almost 3 years. My IP has informed me if I sell my car the proceeds should be passed to them, which I understand. However, im not sure who I can sell it to. For example,Can I sell my car to a private buyer or We buy any car?

You can sell it to anybody, but you will be expected to get the fair market value for it. Your IP would probably prefer a sale to a trade body in terms of paperwork evidencing the sale price, but you would get more with a private sale. Of course, this makes little difference to you. Maybe ask your IP for their preferences.
