Annual review with Ebengate?

Has anyone had an annual review with Ebenegate? How was it? I've been in an IVA for nearly 2 years, had my first review with Vanguard which was fairly painless and my 2nd review is coming up in a couple of months. However, as they've now transferred the admin of the IVA to Ebenegate - was just wondering if anyone had been through a review with them and what it was like?
