Help to remove Covenant. Express Debt Solutions

Could someone help please.
I had an IVA with Express Debt Solutions. A covenant was put on my property. I completed my IVA in 2014 and received a completion certificate but I can't find it.
I am trying to sell my house but there is a covenant on it to Matthew Frayne of Express Debt Solutions.
Express debt solutions is insolvent and I can't found out who took over.
I have spoken to Mr Matthew Frayne who has retired. He signed a RX4 to remove the covenant but Land registry still want more info. Can anyone advise who took over Express Debt Solutions Please.
