Changing payment method

I have been sent an email saying I must change my payment to card payment as vanguard have no longer got my account and it has to be done in 14 days .I contacted them saying I would continue to pay my standing order as have never missed one.they said I have to change as the arrangement was with vanguard and they have stop trading.I ask if they were receiving my payments they said yes but I must change ...

Rubbish ! Ebenegate are trying to bully everyone into accepting RCPs, which is an unsecure payment method and was not part of the original arrangement with Vanguard. As far as I am aware,Vanguard are still the supervisors of your IVA, Ebenegate are merely an offshore administration team.

Have a look at recent posts -- a lot has been said about this.
