I completed my IVA in 2016 with a full and final settlement. I am now in the position of possibly receiving a windfall payment from a pension investment that was mis-advised. The question is would my IVA provider have any rights to the windfall payment 5 years after completion of IVA.

It is possible that this would be captured in the same way that PPI is, but, I doubt your IP would even become aware of it.
