Ho, I am about to start a IVA. I have owned my home for 2 years. I have just renewed a further 5 year mortgage with the same provider.
After this 5 years would I be able to just carry on with the same provider even with the IVA??

The IVA might well be up by then anyway, if you don't trigger the equity release clause due to lack of equity. But, if you get the 12 month extension, your mortgage might well just transfer to the standard variable rate deal with your lender, although I have seen some lenders offer new fixed rate deals, even during an IVA.
