How long do credit fix usually take
To send completion certificates, I have had my congratulations your final payment has been received, however I’ve no idea how long they usually take to be sent, I completed 15/03/2021 and I see a lot of people on here praising credit fix for a really quick closure despite the 6 months being in the letter. Any news how quick they are amidst covid I’ve been in this for years and despite how good they have been to me (bar one very rude man) I’d love for this to just be over 🥺

They are notoriously slow at getting the letters out, particularly at the moment. It can take up to six months unfortunately but you could keep pestering them and hopefully they will get fed up and send it out quicker.

To be fair, CF are showing the occasional flash of light, every now and again, and they are faster than most at closures. The 6 months quoted is the built in backstop quoted by all firms, but the effect of covid is leaving its mark everywhere.
