I just started a new job last week and it’s now 4 weekly pay not monthly like my old job was. I also realised that there’s a slight decrease in the new jobs wage as works out 4 weekly pay.
I have my 2nd review in September time shall I wait till then and tell Creditfix and they see on my statements or do I need to call them and explain?

Personally I would preempt it and tell them now to save any hassle in September.

They may well do a new I&E now.

I did just call them as didn’t want them to think hiding anything from them, they seemed very nice down the phone to my surprise and said it’s good I called now than later and sending me a new I&E out in the post so I can change any finances that have changed so I can continue to live comfortably during this.

I have seen, on other posts, that CF are amenable to altering payments to 4 weekly, to match your pay cycle, which makes things simpler for everyone.

That be great if they can on the form so I need to write 4 weekly pay on there? As I haven’t received a full wage yet till the end of the month then I will know the 4 weekly amount I’m receiving. The payment day I have is still fine for me so I can always say that.
