Hello I’ve just taken out a Iva and just doing some researching is it possible if my partner had a mortgage that I could just go on the title deeds or snot thing just like the tenancy if you like just for security reasons

No. For one the lender is unlikely to agree. Also the financial association created might lower your partner's credit score, because of your IVA and, finally, your creditors will want a share of the equity to pay towards your debts.
