Did anyone heard about Giraffe money (Iva company) and have, had any experience with them?

I personally haven't but just looked at the website and they seem to have been going for quite a while. No mention of an IP unless I am missing something so it could be that they will pass you on to another company. Again, I could be wrong.
Have a look round for other companies before making a decision.

They are a packaging company so will have limited dealings with you and will not actually run the IVA. The more pertinent question is who will they pass your details to to actually prepare and supervise the IVA ?
Many IVA providers get leads and clients via such companies and Giraffe is, at least, licensed to operate by the FCA and, apart from biased advertising (pushing low payments a little too much) seem to be OK. But do ask them who they will be using as a provider and check them out.
