I entered into an IVA in Dec '20; I made one payment of £90 & I cancelled the IVA after consulting a financial advisor. I have now received confirmation of the cancellation (done via Credit Fix); is it correct that it takes 3 months for my name to be removed from the Insolvency Register ?
& is there any way of speeding up the removal ? Thank you.

It takes up to three months, but the timescale is purely down to the Insolvency Service who, in my experience, do not like being pushed.

Be aware that the IVA will remain on, and severely affect, your credit reference files for 6 years from the start date.
