I've signed my proposal for the creditor's meeting that will be held in 4 days my bank account has been froze and I didn't get the details changed with the benefit people I have money in that account that I need for my children I have 6 children youngest been 2 and I also have a disabled child and I need money what can I do I'm really worried.
I really don't know what to do I have nearly 2k in there that ive been paid for my children we cant live off no money

Hi, contact the company handling your IVA as they can liaise, with your authority, with your old bank today to request they release the funds that are frozen.

The bank should not have frozen your account -- this is the procedure for bankruptcy and does not apply to IVAs, but some banks seem unaware of this ! n As Gary says, your IP should be able to put them straight and get them to release the funds.
