Hi All,

So i have been in IVA since 2018 - and have been paying £150.00 a month, my partner has kindly offered to pay it off early. I have £3,900 left however CC has asked me for an extra £300 as a settlement fee. They have advised me total charge will be £4,200 and asked me to put this as my final offer. Is extra charge a norm?

Also, does any one have a template they used for third party letter?

"CC" ? Is that Creditfix ? It is not usual to ask for this £300 (which is actually the fees for the creditors meeting) but Creditfix are unusually fee conscious ! It is not their place to tell you what to offer either !
