Implications of moving in with partner

Hello everyone,
This is a bit of a long one.
My partner is buying his house,me and my daughter will be moving in in August.
All our finances are separate, mostly as this is my child and not his. Obviously I will need to redo the income and expenditure sheet,as I will get no universal credits once I move in,but also my full rent, bills, council tax that I am paying now living by myself would decrease.
I will still be paying for my child activities, clothes, school uniforms and afterschool club , but my partner earns more than me, so would they see it unreasonable if I pay half the bills? Half of the bills there would still be significantly less than my current bills, but it would probably be offset by losing the universal credits.
I am not really sure how to approach this,as the only expenses we will share are mortgage and house bills,so not to overcomplicate things should I just add half of these up and pay him directly once a month?
I hope I have explained myself.

Thank you guys and girls.

If he earns more than you he will be expected to pay more than half of the shared bills. However, his finances are his business and they cannot compel him to tell them --- in which case they usually assume a 50 / 50 split.

Thank you.
I feel like splitting the bills in half when there is two of us and one of him is a fairer share already, but we will see. It would be a lot more complicated to pool everything together and then sift through expenses only mine or only his, like child maintenance payments.
