During the start of April Crefitfix accepted my f&f and the amount was paid and confirmed and I was informed that my case had been transferred to the completions team where I was informed that it takes 3-6 months for the certificate to come through. So 2 months down the line I call creditfix and they tell me the case has been transferred over and that I'll get my completion documents emailed over to me the next day. Well guess what...no documents and then I call creditfix again and a chap on the phone who was extremely rude tells me I have to wait 6 months and I have now an extra 2 months added to the wait as it seems like until my call they were sitting on my file. Not happy.

I have asked for a call back 4 times but nothing.

Has anyone recently completed with creditfix and had their completion before then months?

Creditfix, for all their faults, used to be relatively fast with completions. You have either encountered particularly obnoxious staff members or something has changed with their procedures. Unfortunately it is their normal M.O to provide several varied excuses for any one action, so it is impossible to tell what is actually happening.

Try a formal complaint, direct to your IP, which you can escalate to their regulatory body if needs be.
