I should have annual review this week but there was no contact from IP. My Iva started in july 2020 and in february 2021 I filled expedtiure form due to changed job and declared new income. Does my next annual review is now or will be later in february 2022?

Annual reviews have to be conducted at least before two months after the IVA start date anniversary. I imagine they will use the February review as any review now will be basically the same. They do have until September 2021 to do a 'normal' annual review, so might still do one around then.
