Sorry for such a late update. I haven't been in a good place everything got too much.
So after 2 adjournments my IVA was rejected on 28th June. (They had 73% in votes only one creditor wouldn't change their mind!)
So got passed through to Payplans Debt Managemet Department (they were amazing!)
I make my first payment on 1st August.

Quick question due to get a payout from my divorce (it won't quite cover the 32,000 that I owe (probably come.out with 29,000. Would I just ring them and pay it straight to Payplan?

When on a DMP the call on your income isn't the same as when in an IVA. However, you are in a strong position to ask Payplan to request settlement figures from creditors and they might agree to close accounts for a lesser sum, allowing you to get shot of the whole thing and to start again with no debt to worry about.

Discuss the options with Payplan --- hopefully you will get to keep some for that new start.

Sorry it got rejected but at least Payplan have been supportive. Fingers crossed that you can pay it off soon.

Things often happen for the right reasons.

If creditors will agree a final payment and close accounts your financial matters may be resolved without the impact of a iva.
