Hi,
I am 2.5 years into my IVA and I am wanting to settle early. I am going to offer my remaining instalments.
Does anyone have any tips of how to put this to them and what kind of reasons would be acceptable to them? Also can my husband pay it for me?

Months left x monthly payment = offer PLUS any equity release that has to be considered in final year.

Reasons/ explanation - should be outlined clearly emphasising on any impact it us having on your health and wellbeing; if it is linked to change if circumstances ie reduced working hours etc

With regards to your husband paying it ..yes you can explain that your husband will only give you the funds to end your iva early otherwise the money will not be available to you for any other reason.
