can my iva claim ppi before my iva was approved? i have just completed my iva which i took out in 2014 and they will give me completion certificate if i sign ppi form stating any ppi claim i know about was dealt with well before 2014

Yes ! Because the PPI existed, albeit not known about, during the course of the IVA. If you had a valuable work of art hanging on your walls prior to the IVA you would not be able to say it was not an asset because you bought it 20 years ago.
