I took out an IVA in 2013, first payment was taken out of my bank account in Dec 2013. I completed my IVA in 2019. I now have a debt company after money from me for Barclays Bank, this as far as I know was included in the IVA, I have contacted the debt company to tell them but they want proof I was accepted for an IVA, I have sent all sorts of paperwork but they say it makes no difference as it isn't proof I was accepted!! I have tried contacting the IVA company but had no luck, I have emailed IVATrust but no reply, not sure what to do next, any advice please?

If you still have a copy of your completion letter then that should be enough for them.

They can threaten you all they like but can do nothing as they were included in the IVA.

A copy of the final report, which should have been sent to you along with your completion certificate, would also indicate that the IVA included the relevant creditor.

Who was your named supervisor ? It might be worth contacting them direct, even if they now work for another firm.
