Hi all I submitted my full and final offer and was accepted on the 2nd of aug and my completion certificate turned up yesterday.

So I want to try and rebuild my credit history is it worth getting a credit card like capital one? To do a food shop on and pay off straight away? Is there any better options?

Also what are the possibilities of remortgaging to release some equity for an extension around 60k have 140k left on mortgage house value 240k

Well done on getting things sown up so quickly ! You will be on the Insolvency Register for up to three months and then your credit files will be amended to show the IVA as completed, until 6 years from the start of the IVA when it will disappear entirely. Remortgaging -- I would suggest a word with a broker with experience of dealing with those with an IVA in their past. It can be a minefield for many brokers.
