My IVA has just been approved but it doesn’t cover my main debt concerns plus £3650 in fees is disgusting I haven’t signed my chairman’s report so do I have to sign it to make the IVA active or is it already active? I don’t want to sight it as I’m no better off the only people benefiting from my situation are the Nominees & supervisoury.

Don't forget that no company works for nothing and the fees will have been agreed by the creditors and will come out of your payments.

What are your main debt concerns? These should have been sorted before your meeting. As to being no better off, at the end of your term you will be debt free.

If they proposed no major amendments at the creditors meeting then the IVA will come into force when accepted by creditors, as you will have already signed the proposed offer before the meeting. As Kallis says, fees are incorporated into your payment and, at the end of the day, do not directly affect you.

Your proposed offer would / should have addressed your debt concerns before you signed it.
