Hi, i am trying to get hold of my discharge certificate. i am applying for a new mortgage and they have asked for the discharge cert which i dont have.
i payed a settlement fee back in February 2016. i have gone on the insolvency register. but they dont have anything on there.
can you help me find this cert.

Which company were you with? Check your original paperwork to see who the IP is and contact him/her.

It's a completion certificate -- discharge is for bankruptcies. Your IP should still have your files on record and be able to provide you with copies.
