Hi all, need some help please,

Started an Iva in Sept 2016 and closed it out August 2019, i know it stays on the credit file for 6 years but some defaults are still occurring

Any way in which this can be stopped or how I get the number to these guys to ensure it was satisfied under the IVA

Or if anyone I can phone to discuss and help me look over my file
