My husband is preparing an IVA proposal. Included in the proposal are capital funds that I have invested in his business. I have agreed not to receive any payout from the IVA.

Can I also include the interest charged on a second mortgage we took out on our home to invest in his business and also salary that I should have received when I worked for the business for a number of years - I received no salary?

You would be best guided by your husbands IP on this as this is very "individual" and not something that is dealt with on a regular basis on the forum.
