Natwest Data/Credit Controller

Good Afternoon all,
Apologies if this has been posted before.
I need to contact Natwest regarding an account which is showing as Defaulted 5 months after the start of my IVA
My IVA is complete, and the 6 years anniversary was September 2022, so I just need to get in touch with Natwest to correct this information.
Does anyone have an email address from pats experience, or a recommended method of contact, where I can provide my completion certificate?
