Hello everyone, just been in contact with momey wellness,

Long story short been threw all details with the company and they have submitted my DRO application to the insolvency service, paid the £90

Now I’m sort of worried because I’ve read things saying creditors can object and it won’t go ahead? Realistically what’s the chances of that happening? Would moneywellness submit my application if they thought there would be any chance of that?

They wouldn't put it through if they didn't think it would be accepted and I, personally have heard of one being rejected. I think you will be fine.
