Any answers on this one. Looking at
going into IVA shortly. Our son is
disabled & receives DLA. However, he
is only 8 so the money is payed through
us to care for is needs. Is this money
calculated into the IVA.

Hey Mark, it is listed in your income but it is also listed in your expenditure so it won't go towards your disposable income.

Hi Mark
It is taken into your income/expenditure report but if I remember it correctly it is covered by both income and expenditure so it cancels itself out. I may be wrong on this but an expert will be along with a more definitive answer soon]

You need to ensure that all of your son's needs are properly provided for by using the DLA money, so that no surplus is used in the calculation of your disposable income which is payable to creditors.
