Can any poster who is about to go into an IVA or anyone who has entered into an IVA since 1st February 2008 and is aware of how the voting went advise me of same please. I am collating this information to establish who votes against proposals (assuming that the appropriate advice is for an IVA) so that I can take this information back to the Joint Standing Committee (I represent the Debt Resolution Forum (DRF) on such committee and I can establish any pattern of reasons for refusal. Any help would be most appreciated

link financial .D.C.A. voted no at my creditors meeting and to quote the chairman "link are horrible and nearly always vote no without reason"

Link are not "horrible". They just have very high minimum dividend criteria of 50p in the £, which is quite interesting seeing as they are probably buying in the debts for significantly lower amounts.

Please can people enter this information here:
http://www.iva.co.uk/creditor_voting_list.asp
This is especially to record voting patterns so that people can see how creditors voted. Ultimately if we get enough information we can provide some kind of guide on creditor voting patterns. This could be used by people to help them figure out if their IVA is likely to go through.
