hiya guys

does anyone know the address i need to write too for barclays to get a balance sent out on my loan with them?
i've tried ringing and just sent sent from pillar to post with nobody knowing which address to write to. i just know its the debt management department i need.
i've tried looking online and their website but can't find it.

I would have thought the standard customer service department would be able to tell you the outstanding balance on your loan though?

they said they couldn't cos it had been closed and sent to their debt management section and i needed to put it in writing if i wanted the balance sent out to me.
