I have got my creditors meeting on the 3 April.
does anyone know if it doesnt state in the proposal that payments will run for 6 years because of no equity, is this a modification that creditors can make if they feel it necessary and does this take any leaway out of the IVA.

Thanks again.

The new standard IVA protocol does not require an additional years' payments if you cannot raise any equity.

Thanks Melanie for that I didnt realise that they had taken out this modification with the new guidelines. I am relieved.

And thanks Skippy and Emma for the good luck, I am sure I will need it with a 22% return.

Thanks again
