When we started our IVA with you we also had to leave our home, we had been advised that it was in negative equity. we have received a letter to say that it has now sold but to find out how much for they have requested proof of who we are, ie passport etc. I am not to happy to send this information in the post. We will still owe money to picture so will they not just contact you with the outstanding balance? or is it up to us to ask. picture were contacted regarding the IVA

You will need to send them this information, Janot, and a simple photocopy of your passports or driving licences should suffice.

They will then advise me of the level of their unsecured claim in due course.

No - I'm just sitting here writing a few IVA proposals, and I keep flicking to the forum to see if there are any new posts to answer.

Yes - please keep me informed of all correspondence you receive from the secured creditor.
