I am currently in an IVA - I am planning to get married in 2years time and move in with my partner who own's his own house. I will not be put on the mortage but will getting married and moving in with him have any affect on my IVA or him?

Hi
It will have no affect on him,however it may change your disposible income and affect your IVA payments.
Congratulations and just speak with your IP nearer the time
