I have been in my IVA with no problems for nearly 2 and half years and today I came home to a letter of default notice from capital one saying how I have breached payments and they will notify the credit agencies etc. They are an ex creditor and I have not had contact from them in the time my IVA started 2 and a half years ago. Why on earth did I get this letter from them today all this time later??

I will send this letter to my practitioner of course but am baffled as to why they suddenly out of the blue have sent this?? Has this happened to anyone else?

Sass there's a post from JJSIDE that says the same thing. Check out the responses on that one.

Hi
This seems strange, two members reporting the same thing.
Get in touch with your IP and ask them to contact Capital One
