Just spoke to the other Melanie at Melanies's office, she was sooo lovely. after advise from Melanie Giles, they have found a possible option for me, a full and final IVA after the sale of my business, and although there is a long way to go, I finally feel positive about my situation.
To anyone out there who is scared of making that initial phone call(like I was)... don't be, phone Melanie now!

Great news v.w well done! Melanie and her team are wonderful, and I completely agree with you that anyone out there who is scared to make that initial call, please don't be. I was absolutely terrified to speak to anyone about my debt, but finally I made the call to Melanie's office and Iam really on my way to being debt free. There is a solution out there for everyone, so please don't put it off, pick up the phone and get some help.

Thanks Emma, everything is going great, in fact I have just had some wondeful, wonderful news and I will be posting later, once it has all sunk in, but I am on cloud 9 at the moment. Huge thank you to Hywel, Melanie and the team, but more on that later, I need a sit down now as I feel a little giddy and that's without a drink.
