should we take any notice of a letter we have had from the iva council.
how have they got our details about which company we are using regards our iva. i thought this was supposed to be confidential information. how have they got it!!!!!!!

If you feel that you were genuinely badly advised at the outset of your IVA the best person to discuss this with is your own IP.

They have obtained your details from the Insolvency Register, which is publicly available, and have sent you an unsolicited letter.

Can you tell us which IP firm you are with, as we are monitoring the activities of this firm with interest.
