Sorry - but the rules on advertising bankruptcy are still around, but are unlikely to affect your children.

The advert in the paper is very small. I have looked in my local paper and actually never been able to find one.
I wouldnt worry too much.

You can't see the advert unless you look for it.... It's very small and ususally with the other bankruptcy cases. We haven't even seen ours, but it has been in the local rag

Mine was tucked away at the back of the paper with the adult services!

lol Skippy, what do you think they were trying to say????
To be fair, although the br does go in your local rag, it is usually small and easily missed unless you are directly looking for it and listed with all the others who have filed for br. We didn't see ours and although our local has a website which publishes them, we wern't even on there so was a "one night only" appearance!!!! [8D]

LOL Skippy, if anyone you do know saw it they were probably to embarrased to say as it was so near the 'adult'[;)] services.
I have never looked at the these adverts in my local paper and people that do religiously read them must have too much time on thier hands[:)]
